Job Description
The Epping Club Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team.
As a Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment and delivering exceptional service to our patrons.
Key responsibilities and tasks include:
Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Managing staff rosters, including allocation of duties and shifts.
Providing leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive work environment. - Maintaining high standards of customer service and addressing any issues or complaints promptly.
Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
Conducting regular inspections of the premises to uphold cleanliness, maintenance, and security standards.
Handling cash management processes such as till reconciliation and banking procedures.
Collaborating with other departments to coordinate events, functions, and special promotions.
Contributing to the development of operational strategies to enhance overall performance.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, demonstrating strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 5+ years’ experience in the Hospitality industry
2+ years’ experience in a Duty or Supervisor position
